Every cabin at Waypoint Acres is a private, self-contained home in the forest — designed for couples, families, and small groups who want genuine quiet, not a hotel corridor. Each sits on its own half-acre lot, sited for seclusion, with a covered front deck, a private hot tub, a full kitchen, and in-cabin laundry.
There are no televisions in any cabin — that’s deliberate. Much of the property has limited to no cell service, and Starlink WiFi is there when you genuinely need it. Everything runs on clean energy: geothermal radiant heat underfoot, solar power overhead, and a near-passive-house building envelope that keeps you warm at –30°C and cool in July.

A private wood-fired hot tub at your cabin — not a shared facility, and yours for the full duration of your stay. There is something about a wood-heated soak under a clear Alberta winter sky that an electric tub never quite matches. Open year-round.

A smokeless outdoor firepit on every lot. Gather around the fire without the smoke — the technology genuinely works, and it makes the difference on a cool Alberta evening.
Large lots
Each cabin is sited for maximum seclusion, with the nearest neighbour well out of sight. A covered front deck is included on every cabin — a proper place to sit with morning coffee.
Full Kitchen & Laundry
Every cabin has a complete in-cabin kitchen and a private washer/dryer. Cook your own meals, do a load of laundry, and settle in.
Heated Loungers
Six premium heated-and-cooled spa loungers, shared across the property at no extra charge and bookable through the on-site system. A spa-calibre amenity many guests mention first when they leave.
Walking/Biking Trails
Self-directed geocaching route across 200+ acres plus a groomed perimeter trail for walking, running, and cycling.
